About

Greenwich Court Condominium in Tribeca consists of the two red-brick buildings at 275 & 295 Greenwich Street. Built in 1986 – ‘87, these full-service condominiums with their distinctive rounded corners and wrought iron “birdcage” structures on their rooftops, were two of the first full service condominiums to be built in Tribeca. Originally there were 261 individual units in Greenwich Court; presently, due to combined units formed over the past few decades there are about 235 individually owned apartments in the two buildings.

Greenwich Court Condominium takes up the two blocks in Tribeca on Greenwich Street between Chambers and Murray Sts. The two buildings contain approximately ten commercial spaces on the ground floor including several restaurants, retail units, a dry cleaner and a pre-school. The staff includes full-time doormen in both buildings, handymen, porters and a live-in super. There is one condo board operating both buildings and Milford Management has been the property manager for the past few years. The north building, 295, has one elevator bank while 275, the south building, has two. Both buildings include modern laundry rooms, numerous storerooms, bicycle rooms and open roof decks with nice views and seating areas under the “birdcages.” Greenwich Court has a “building-link” digital in-house service that updates its residents on all deliveries and parcels, any repairs underway, upcoming notices that might affect the daily running of the condominium, a bulletin board for resident postings of goods and services and an “archive” of preferred vendors with up to date insurance forms on file with the management company. Greenwich Court is ideally situated in the heart of Tribeca across the street from Whole Foods and PS- 234, two blocks from Hudson River Park and all major subways are within a few minutes walk of the buildings.
