Greenwich Court Condominium takes up the two blocks in Tribeca on Greenwich Street between Chambers and Murray Sts. The two buildings contain approximately ten commercial spaces on the ground floor including several restaurants, retail units, a dry cleaner and a pre-school. The staff includes full-time doormen in both buildings, handymen, porters and a live-in super. There is one condo board operating both buildings and Milford Management has been the property manager for the past few years. The north building, 295, has one elevator bank while 275, the south building, has two.
