About

Welcome to Lincoln Terrace, a full service luxury high rise located in the posh Lincoln Square Area on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This twenty story building was built in 1964 by architect Ralph E. Leff. It was one of the first large residential buildings constructed in this neighborhood after the completion of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts with its 375 units. The building went co-operative in 1984.

Lincoln Terrace offers an abundance of amenities including a 24 hour doorman, garage in the building, laundry facilities, package room, and storage room.
