Nevins Landing South

Nevins Landing South marks the next chapter of Gowanus Wharf’s campus of residential buildings in the heart of Gowanus, Brooklyn. Situated at the corner of Nevins Street and Carroll Street, Nevins Landing South is the counterpart to Nevins Landing North, with the two buildings sharing a unified design language rooted in the neighborhood’s industrial past. Referencing the neighboring Powerhouse Arts building and Brooklyn’s nineteenth century industrial architecture, arches define the storefronts, entry portals, and podium windows, a motif that continues inside through vaulted lobby nooks.
