INC Architecture & Design envisioned Parlour as a building that reinterprets the romance of life in a classic brownstone. Its façade of arched windows is an homage to the signature arched bridges in Prospect Park, and features custom-crafted, mullion-free double-pane casement windows from Europe. In creating a building that reinterprets the romance of life in a classic brownstone, Parlour’s arches lead to two- through five-bedroom full- and half-floor residences that offer inspired design, elevated materials and grand-scale living spaces.
