About

The Bennett House, just one block from Prospect Park, is a turn-of-the-century apartment building converted to 5 full floor and duplex residences. The architect, Thomas Bennett, for whom this collection of homes has been named, is said to be more responsible than any other for creating the classical fabric of Park Slope. The limestone façade, wrought iron balconies and detailed roof cornice recalls a sense of romanticism from another age.
