Part of the double Pre-war Co-Op managed by the Chelsea Warren Corporation, 155 West 20th St is a prime example of Fantasy Modern Architecture. Designed in 1938 by Horace Ginsbern, one of NYC‘s most distinguished architects of the 20th century, this building is six stories high and consists of 121 units. Ginsbern is known for his details and signature trademarks which are prevalent throughout this structure.
