The Green House

The Green House is a unique living experience driven by thoughtful design. The only new development in Hunter’s Point that re-imagines residential norms and provides exceptional living within reach: The Green House offers optimized floor plans and meticulously engineered common spaces specifically crafted to promote health and well-being.

The inspiration begins with a prominent mural by LIC street artist duo, Faile, which spans two sides of the facade. Faile’s work challenges the contrast between the outside bustle and inner calm of the residences. Further, the artist deliberately blurs the line between “high” and “low” culture – a symbol of inclusivity and community at The Green House.

Upon entering the lobby, residents are greeted with a stunning installation of “Flux Chandelier” by renowned Brooklyn artist and engineer, Jen Lewin, whose work has been featured across the globe. The interactive pendants provide an opportunity to engage with the art as colors change through movement.

The expression of both artists forges a compelling story of duality; most notably the inner-connectivity to the space, a sense of being, in relation to the surrounding streetscape. As such, the visual and physical experiences are the origin to a series of moments throughout the development that elevate the mind and body.
