About

The Kingsley at 400 East 70th Street was built during the last Condo boom of the mid-80’s in 1984 and features 210 homes on 40 floors. The developer also saw fit to put the gym on the 31st floor so that those exercising can do so with a killer view instead of sweating in the basement. And speaking of killer views, that was also part of the master plan for many units in the building. In particular the south and west exposures are noteworthy and even more so in the evening.
