“The Opera” at 2166 Broadway was built in 1930 by the architects Tillion & Tillion. The building was originally a church and a hotel which is evident in its neo-Gothic style. It was incorporated in 1980 and is owned by Opera Owners Inc. There are 113 units on 23 floors.
