The Paris, originally the Paris Hotel, is a boutique-style rental building located at 752 West End Avenue between 96th and 97th Streets on Manhattan’s famed Upper West Side and features studios to four-bedroom units. The primarily Art Deco building was designed by architectural firm Sugarman & Berger and is now part of the Riverside-West End Historic District receiving its designation by the Landmark Preservation Commission in 2015.
