The Rushmore building is located on the Upper West Side at 80 Riverside Blvd. at the corner of 64th Street and delivers residents luxury living at the steps of Riverside Park along the Hudson River.

This 42-story twin-towered condominium building sets the tone for upscale living just west of Lincoln Center, providing some pretty sweet access to the cultural heart of Manhattan. Designed by Costas Kondylis and Partners, the architectural firm that has been part of many Donald Trump projects, the Rushmore rises from a 16-story base.

The 425-foot-high Rushmore has 271 units ranging from some studios to five bedrooms. The building was completed in 2008, just as the recession took a toll on housing values. The timing meant some early-going woes for pre-sale buyers of the high-priced building that resulted in lawsuits that saw early buyers released from contracts and compensated for interest lost. However, the building and the area has since more than absorbed the upscale condo inventory.

The Rushmore NYC shines as one of the Lincoln Square neighborhood’s most illustrious and coveted residential condo towers. Investors as well as residents love the place. For instance, in 2011, Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez bought a unit for $5.5 million and sold it one year later for $6.6 million. In other words, The Rushmore has become an alluring fan favorite of the rich and famous who love its location and amenities.

The resort-like building features concierge services; a posh La Palestra Wellness Center with indoor swimming pool; screening room; garden lounge; entertainment suite; billiards room and sundeck. Meanwhile, Riverside Park provides one of the greatest settings in the city for outdoor activities: Bike and jogging paths; baseball diamonds; basketball courts and the Boat Basin.

Lavish interiors of its two soaring towers are complete with Miele, Viking, Sub-Zero, and Waterworks fixtures, and your choice of different kitchen and bathroom finishes making your home your own.
