About

The landmarked Sofia Condominium is one of the few surviving prewar commercial-to-residential conversions in Lincoln Square. Built in 1929-30, the tiered brick and terra cotta structure was originally designed in the Art Deco style as an automatic parking garage — innovative for its time — and later served as the Sofia Brothers [storage] Warehouse in the 1940’s.

Today, this premier building is home to 92 residences and is serviced by a full-time staff and live-in resident manager.
