The Stamford

The Stamford is a six-story boutique-style residence features twelve unique dwellings. Only two per floor keep life intimate. You can choose between a spacious studio, a flexible one bedroom with home office or a luscious duplex garden home.

In keeping with the creative intimacy of Architect Carl Fischer’s vision, ten of the twelve homes have private outdoor space and all have access to a common roofdeck. For those who like to entertain, landscaped gardens fabulously extend the first-floor duplexes.
