This U-shaped co-op, also known as The Wexford, was built as a rental building in 1928 by the archtectural firm of Margon & Holder. The same firm collaborated with Emery Roth on the Eldorado. It was converted in 1982 and currently consists of 95 units. There is a full service staff of 11 and a live-in super. Some of the apartments have terraces. A laundry room is in the basement but washer/dryers are also allowed in the apartments. Storage space is available for a monthly fee.
