About

The Wheeler Building, built in 1909, was designed by Goldwin, Starrett & Van Vleck, renowned Art Deco architects who designed many landmark buildings in New York, most notably Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor. This intimate prewar loft building has 22 units on 12 floors. The apartments are predominantly half floor classic lofts with very high ceilings and open layouts, running from north to south. The coop has a stylishly designed lobby, video security system, key-locked elevator, and is pet-friendly.
