I am moving out of state and need someone to take over my lease. I signed a 2 year lease on May 15, 2014 so the lease runs through May 15, 2016. The apartment is beautiful and I can honestly tell you that it is one of the nicest apartments you're going to see around this price. The pictures are of the actual apt so this is not a bait and switch. I am flexible with the sublease start date: 4/1, 4/15, 5/1, 5/15, or 6/1.
