About

The Sugar Warehouse Condominium is a magnificent landmark building located in a prime Tribeca address at 79 Laight Street on the corner of West Street. The historic red brick structure was built by the Grocers Steam Sugar Refining Company in 1853 and was one of the city’s tallest buildings at the time.
