About

I am devastated to leave this apartment (brand new build, bought less than a year ago, I'm the first person in the unit!) but my work is moving me to California. Roomy 1 bedroom! I've upgraded a few things in the apartment so you're getting more than builder-grade! AMAZING neighborhood, beautiful unit. SO sad to leave. Looking for a nice, clean, responsible tenant.
