Chloe Godin is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and founding co-leader of GPS Team at Compass with nearly 15 years of New York City real estate experience.

Now based in Brooklyn, after 15 years living in the Upper West Side, Chloe represents buyers and sellers throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan, with particular expertise in the Upper West Side, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy and Bushwick.

Her practice spans condos, co-ops, townhouses and multi-family properties, with an emphasis on strategic pricing, thoughtful property preparation, sophisticated marketing and strong negotiation.

Before moving to Brooklyn, Chloe lived on Manhattan's Upper West Side for 14 years, giving her particular insight into clients making the move between Manhattan and Brooklyn.
