Core Specialties: Manhattan new development sales (sponsor representation); Luxury resales (buyer and seller representation); International and first-time buyers;

Markets: NoMad, Chelsea, Downtown, Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Midtown West/Hell’s Kitchen.

Career & Developments:

Cindy’s path began in 2004 after a tech industry layoff redirected her to real estate. A conversation with Barbara Corcoran—"Start as an assistant. Learn the ropes. Then grow."—set her trajectory. Within days she passed the NYC licensing exam, joined a top Manhattan broker, and began the long hours that still define her client service.

She advanced from resale transactions to new development, excelling as Director of Sales. Cindy has represented sponsors while leading and training sales teams for notable Manhattan projects, including 30 East 31 (NoMad); Charlie West / 505 West 43 (Midtown West); Dahlia / 212 West 95 (Upper West Side); The Westly / 251 West 91 (Upper West Side).

Her cross-functional work spans pricing, PSF analysis, sales team orchestration, model residence consultation, demographic study, and collaboration with marketing, architecture, interior design, construction, legal, and finance. This hands-on, sponsor-side experience gives Cindy visibility into both sides of the deal—from go-to-market strategy to guiding buyers and sellers through Manhattan’s most competitive transactions.

Cindy currently works with Brown Harris Stevens, The Market Leader in Luxury Residential Real Estate.

Client Perspective

Clients cite Cindy’s honesty, foresight, and ability to simplify complex deals. Many are repeat clients across multiple purchases and sales.

Innovation & AI

Cindy pairs traditional brokerage with modern tools. She studies digital marketing, social strategy, and AI, and has created proprietary GPT assistants to support clients: a 24/7, multilingual Q&A built on Cindy’s Manhattan playbooks.

Lifestyle & Perspective

Rooted in Manhattan and shaped by global perspective, Cindy believes travel feeds the soul and that we connect best over a shared meal. Her off-duty map looks like her advising style: UWS/Lincoln Center for walkability, dining, performances, and the townhouse charm from Central Park South to Broadway; a NoMad ? Chelsea ? Flatiron loop for restaurants, Eataly, galleries, and a High Line walk; and a Central Park lap back to the UWS when she needs to reset.

International lens: Istanbul ? Manhattan share a fast pace, a food culture, and life by the water—one city straddles two continents; the other is a global wealth destination. Cindy bridges that gap for international buyers with clear explanations and practical pathways (including options for clients who say, "I don’t have U.S. credit.").

How she works: First hour with a new client, Cindy asks questions—about the why, timeline, financing, and lifestyle—so the plan fits the person. Negotiations stay calm and disciplined: she keeps emotions out and leaves room for the other side to digest an offer or counter.

After the close: Expect move-in contacts, vetted contractor/trade introductions, and real follow-up—because the relationship doesn’t end at the closing table.

"My job is to make the most complex of transactions make it seem like I’ve done nothing."
