The Fabrikant Bond Team has closed more than $1 billion in sales across New York City, spanning luxury condos, co-ops, townhouses, new developments, and investment properties. Having practiced law before moving into brokerage, Collin brings firsthand experience to the transactions where legal fluency matters most, including foreign-buyer purchases, trusts and estates, divorces, pre-construction and sponsor sales, and 1031 exchanges.
