Complex: Chatham Green

The Chatham Green Cooperative contains 420 residential units located at 165, 185 & 215 Park Row. The unusual lines of the 21-story, S-shaped building permit each apartment to extend the building’s full depth, creating through ventilation and sweeping views both east and west. Units on the 7th floor and above have balconies overlooking the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.

In the Two Bridges neighborhood, Chatham Green is located at the base Chinatown, just south of Chatham Square.
