Complex: Latitude Condominium

The Latitude Condominium complex is composed of 53 residences at two addresses. By Designer Andres Escobar and Architect Karl Fischer, Latitude features a full gym, children’s playroom, indoor and outdoor parking, virtual doorman, live-in super, package room, intercom to cell phone, storage rooms as well as roof decks on both buildings with grills, picnic tables, and lounge chairs. Fios is available, there are elevators, and pets are welcome (no weight or limit one restrictions). All units have central AC, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer/dryers (or hookup where there is an exception), custom finishes, rain showers, and radiant heated tile flooring in master baths. Most apartments have terraces or private roof space. Concrete sub-flooring ensures units are quiet and private. It’s about a six minute walk to the 1 train, 8 minute walk to express buses, the Bx7/BxM1/BxM2 stop across the street, and the Hudson Rail Link to Metro North stops virtually at the door. Two playgrounds are within three blocks in either direction and nearby Ewen Park has a dog park. Both addresses are zoned for PS 24. Riverdale Avenue offers some of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Two office spaces in the bottom story of the building are (as of 2022) a dentist’s office that takes most insurance and a physical therapy office.
