Danielle attended Hunter College with a BA in Film and Media studies. She has a creative flair and approach to marketing a client's property. Her love of interior design and own personal experience with interior decorating and staging for some of her residential and commercial clients adds value to the overall experience of working with her on all your real estate needs. In 2001, she made a career change to real estate. She spent 7 years working to assist her broker to in building NYC Views Realty Corp. into a successful rental division that collectively acquired over 50 building exclusives where she completed hundreds of residential rental lease transactions and a handful of Co-Op sales.

In 2009, She moved into commercial arena having critical connections within the hospitality Industry. With a central focus in hospitality business retail leasing and turn key restaurant business sales. As a long time foodie and culinary aficionado in the NYC restaurant scene, and being a longtime partner to a successful NYC restaurateur paired with a fierce knowledge of the trending food & beverage marketplace enabled her to be the “go to” professional for established as well as emerging hospitality & restaurant groups.

In 2020 she left Besen & Associates due to the pandemic and moved to Monmouth County, New Jersey where she has obtained her New Jersey license. She has expanded her demographic and now works in both luxury residential home sales as well as commercial retail sales and leasing.

In 2021 she became licensed in New Jersey with EXP commercial and in 2024 she made the move to the luxury brokerage Douglas Elliman as she felt it was a brand best suited for her overall clientele who required elevated and luxury brokerage services that was not provided by local boutique brokerages.

Her area of focus is The City To Shore… serving Manhattan all areas and New Jersey areas of Rumson, Little Silver, Monmouth Beach , Fair Haven, Little Silver, Long Branch, Asbury Park and Oceanport.
