Darryl Williams is a native New Yorker with a deep appreciation for the city's diverse neighborhoods and communities. For more than seven years, he has helped buyers and sellers navigate the New York City real estate market, specializing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. In addition to residential sales, he has experience in new development marketing and sales, having originated the developer relationship for The Marina Astoria, a 67-unit condominium in Astoria, Queens. He was entrusted with the marketing and sale of approximately $20 million in remaining inventory, partnering directly with the developer to relaunch the project through refined pricing, branding, strategic marketing, and buyer outreach. During his tenure, the project reached the significant milestone of 50% sold, reflecting renewed market momentum and a successful repositioning of the development.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Production Management, Darryl brings a creative eye, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to every real estate transaction. His background in production management allows him to think strategically, execute efficiently, and guide complex real estate deals with precision.

Through the platform, he has built a growing community centered around hospitality, storytelling, and meaningful connections.
