David Avgi

David Avgi is a highly accomplished real estate professional and visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience shaping New York City’s property landscape. Born in Israel and raised in the United States from the age of three and a half, David embodies the drive and determination of a self-made leader.

David attended Baruch College, where he participated in the renowned Zicklin Program, setting the foundation for his future in real estate and business. Today, David serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of AVENUES Real Estate, a rapidly expanding brokerage that specializes in new development projects across the city. Under his leadership, AVENUES has become a force in the NYC market. David has flipped over $150 million in real estate, sold more than $500+ million in condominiums, and managed a $500 million new development portfolio, collaborating with many of the top development firms in the region.

Beyond his brokerage success, David leads AVGI Capital Group as CEO, where he actively builds and owns new development condominiums, rentals, retail, and commercial properties. His investment portfolio spans Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and even Arkansas, showcasing his strategic eye for both local and national opportunities.
