Detail-oriented and resourceful, Elizabeth has a keen ability to anticipate potential pitfalls and proactively address challenges before they escalate.

She goes above and beyond to secure the best possible deals for her clients, often drawing on the streetwise skills of a lifelong New Yorker to overcome obstacles. Some examples include tracking down a rogue lawyer who refused to release a fully executed contract, spurring an unresponsive insurance agent into action after unnecessary closing delays, and successfully negotiating a complex alteration agreement requiring NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission approval for a sale to close.

Elizabeth has lived in multiple neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and has owned and renovated both co-ops and a limestone townhouse. She earned her BFA from Pratt Institute and an MA in History from Brooklyn College. She currently resides in Cobble Hill with her family.
