This is evidenced as Elise consistently ranks in the top 5% of sales company-wide having completed over 250 transactions by utilizing exceptional marketing acumen, tireless work ethic, extensive knowledge and understanding of coop and condo financials as well as her extraordinary negotiation talents, sensitivity to her clients’ needs and goal driven approach.

Not only is Elise an expert marketer and businesswoman, she also has a degree in Art History and a fabulous sense of design enabling her to consult her clients on staging and thoughtful suggestions to present your home in its best light. She received an MBA in marketing at Fordham University.

On a more personal note, Elise is warm, energetic, and creative and has a vast knowledge of what to do in New York City. She is the quintessential New Yorker who enjoys restaurants, museums, theater, music, movies, and shopping. Elise resides in a NYC co-op with her Maltese dog and Exotic Short Hair cat. Elise volunteers and is a Board Member at Animal Haven, a no-kill shelter in Downtown NYC
