Born and raised in New York City, Fainna has called the Upper West Side home for more than 20 years. Before entering real estate, she was a senior associate at a prominent national law firm, where she represented investors in securities litigation and helped secure multi-million-dollar settlements in numerous cases. Her own experiences buying, selling, and gut-renovating apartments deepened her appreciation for the nuances of the NYC market and sparked her desire to guide others through the process with greater clarity and confidence.

Fainna graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychology and later returned home to attend Brooklyn Law School. She currently serves as Chair of the Homes Committee of the New York Junior League. Outside of real estate, she enjoys interior design, running, and spending time with her family at their beach home in the Hamptons.
