Born and raised in New York City residing on the Lower East Side, James brings to real estate a diverse back ground in accounting and marketing. He started his career working in accounting for a financial firm and then spent 15 years in accounting / auditing for a fortune 100 Entertainment company before starting an internet / direct marketing company. His entrepreneurial and accounting background and strong focused personality enables him to resolve issues, overcome obstacles and negotiate in a fast- paced deadline environment. He enjoys a professional relationship with a national and international clientele whose trust he has earned because of his commitment to meet their individual goals.

James is able to help sellers stage their apartments for sale and to help buyers in renovations and decorating. It is James’s goal to continuously strive to go above and beyond to meet his client's needs, guiding them through their best real estate experience.
