Jamie Gagliano

Jamie is a natural leader with a positive straight forward approach to business. She is adept at making people feel welcome and comfortable. Jamie has a keen instinct for understanding what clients are looking for and is uncompromising when it comes to helping clients find their perfect home, whether you are a first-time buyer or the most the sophisticated investor. She prides herself in making what most seem like the impossible a reality.

As the COO of The Holly Parker Team from January 2014 through March 2023 she consistently managed over $500M in sales a year and helped lead the team to success as the #1 or #2 team for seven consecutive years in a row. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Jamie was the Chief of Staff to the CEO of one of the leading hedge funds in the country.

Jamie graduated from Stetson University, in Deland, FL with BA in Vocal Performance, and has sung professionally in opera houses throughout the United States.

When not working, Jamie enjoys international travel, the arts, fashion, spending time with friends and family, and taking in all New York City has to offer. Jamie is a member of the Chief of Staff Association, NYRAC, gives her time to several charities and has sat on the Board for the New York City Chapter of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
