John Antretter

John Antretter has been passionate about real estate for over 25 years. Born into a family of commercial real estate entrepreneurs, he grew up learning the ins and outs of the industry from his grandfather.

For John, real estate is not a job - it is a career path he knew he was destined to pursue. However, it took nearly three years of working for one of Wall Street's largest investment banks to realize it was time to turn his passion for real estate into a career. Born on Long Island, John followed the NYC real estate market as a true hobby while attending school and working in NYC. John knew residential sales in the city was what he was destined to do.

From day one, John knew he would be able to combine skills acquired from his banking experience and his education at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business to find his clients their dream property. Whether representing clients interested in buying, selling or renting, he is always looking for the best deal. John achieves success for his clients taking his work a step further than mere sales by understanding that buying and selling a home is a personal, emotional and sometimes trying experience. He helps to make the process easier for his clients by injecting his own personal and professional judgment to aid in the important decision-making process.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, watch collecting and fine dining.
