Life is too short to pursue something without passion and for myself, my passion has been in real estate—where I've had the opportunity to help renowned entertainers, athletes, and executives to young professionals and growing families find their dream homes. 

From my early life in real estate ownership, I discovered firsthand the intricacies of buying, renting, and selling—processes laden with time-consuming decisions and emotional investments. Personally, experiencing the dilemmas of whether to rent a property and for what price, to stage it, assessing the value of unique features, like outdoor space, views, storage, or parking, has all helped me connect with my clients level of expectations. I also had to deal with challenges such as determining repairs, handling offers and counteroffers, navigating applications, co-op interviews, choosing attorneys, inspectors, insurers, movers, along with managing many similar issues for 100s of clients, which continues to help me guide my clients through their own predicaments. I've advised prominent landlords on strategies to maintain a near 0 vacancy rate, assisted developers in selling out units, and engaged personally in real estate investments where facing difficult situations have proved as valuable lessons: from renting a short-term apartment overnight due to a SuperStorm Sandy-induced flood to selling a property during the Covid pandemic.

These experiences have defined my 20-year career as a real estate broker, investor, client advocate, and owner of the breathtaking 22-acre Highland Lake Estate. I am deeply passionate about hospitality, design, and forging connections with clients and their homes.
