Since joining Citi Habitats in 2000, Julie Rose has achieved an impressive record of sales and rental transactions, and earned consistent honors including Sales Deal of the Year, President's Council Membership, Platinum Award Winner, and ranking in NRT's Top 1% of Sales Associates nationwide. In her tenure of excellence at Citi Habitats, Julie was also recently credited for closing a $20 million sale that was among the Top 25 Residential Deals in New York in 2012.

Julie's exceptional knowledge, attention to detail, personal involvement in her clients' deals and skillful negotiating on their behalf have not only established her as a leader in her industry, but as a sought-after residential expert by buyers, sellers and renters alike. Originally from outside of Boston, where she was previously a restaurateur, Julie set her sights on New York and the field of real estate over 14 years ago. She has since established a great career, and rewarding family life on the Upper West Side where she resides with her husband and their two children.
