A Real Estate Broker for 20 years, Julie Sikar is highly knowledgeable in the South of Brooklyn, specifically Brighton Beach, Sheepshead Bay, Bensonhurst, Midwood, and Bay Ridge.

Sikar studied Marketing at FIT and ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising, but found her true calling in real estate. "I always liked working with people," Sikar explained. "I love houses, apartments, renovation – all aspects of the real estate market."

Committed to client satisfaction, Sikar is an agent for the seller, buyer, rental, and property management markets. "Most of my clients are attracted to the boardwalk and the beach," she said. "They love the ocean view and the Brighton shopping. I am proud to help them achieve their dream lifestyles."

In 2016, Sikar opened her real estate brokerage, JS Realty. "Closing successful deals is important, but it isn't my only concern," she said. "My focus is also to foster relationships with my clients and truly understand their needs, which I have expanded in my independent venture.

"I treat my clients more than clients," she continued. "I work with them on multiple deals and develop friendships, even after closings. These continuing relationships have resulted in many referrals, even throughout other areas of Brooklyn and Manhattan, which is truly the best compliment I could receive."
