Originally from Dalian, China, Julia earned a degree in Public Relations from Dalian Economic Management College, then completed the world-famous Swiss Hotel Management Program in Zurich, Switzerland. She worked for five-star hotel chains, namely South East Asia's largest, Shangri-La Hotels, where, as Sales Manager of International Corporate Accounts, she ranked top among the company's 40 properties.

This longtime Manhattanite has lived downtown for many years. Julia and her husband are seasoned investors who are currently combining two units at a landmark condo, plus own property on the Upper West Side and in Westchester. She is also a fashionista who loves running in Central Park and traveling the world.
