Kent was a Senior Associate at the Financial Instruments, Structured Products, and Real Estate group at Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he mastered real estate valuation and assisted large clients with their portfolios. Simultaneously, he went back to school and obtained a Master's in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Being an active real estate investor himself, Kent draws on his academic knowledge and proven experiences, and offers his clients a comprehensive analysis of properties during their NY real estate search.
