Kevin McHale represents buyers, sellers and tenants across New York City for Nest Seekers International, with a portfolio extending to Brooklyn, Connecticut, the Caribbean and France.

He came to real estate after 25 years as a creative executive building global brands, and after leading inside one of the most heavily regulated industries there is. Real estate is a deeply data-centric business that turns on profoundly human decisions, and Kevin works both sides, reading the numbers with an analyst's rigor while understanding what a home means to the person standing in it.

He has represented exclusives including Maison Hudson at 401 West Street and the Warren Street Hotel Residences, and is one of the few brokers in the city who specializes in the $30,000–$120,000 per month furnished-luxury tier alongside condo, co-op and townhouse sales.
