Prior to joining Compass, Champness was the top producer at NYC’s #1 resale team. He has facilitated 400+ transactions and sold over $250 million across new developments, re-sales, and rentals - including over 200 deals in the difficult 2020 market alone while previously leading marketing and operations at another of the city’s preeminent teams.

A native New Yorker, Kyle Champness is also a proud Tar Heels fan and alumnus of the University of North Carolina. Beyond real estate, he enjoys time with family, cooking, live music, sports, museums and film.
