María Fernanda Roda has lived in Manhattan since 2016 and is the founder of Nieuw Nederlandts Realty LLC, the first boutique real estate firm in New York specialized in advising Spanish-speaking buyers.

With a strong background in real estate, she has guided high-net-worth families and investors from Spain and Latin America in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties in Manhattan, focusing on personalized service and Spanish-language advisory with a global perspective.

Before entering the real estate sector, she was a corporate lawyer in Bolivia, where she represented multinational companies such as Kimberly-Clark and 3M. She holds both Bolivian and Spanish citizenship and combines her legal training with a strategic and human approach to every transaction.
