With nearly two decades of experience, McKenzie Ryan leads an award-winning team specializing in luxury residences and new development sales across New York, the Hudson Valley, South Florida, and internationally.

A New Development strategist, McKenzie has led sales and marketing on landmark projects including the Mandarin Oriental Residences Fifth Avenue and The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly, and now serves as Sales Director at Eastlight — bringing rare insight into launching and positioning luxury developments.

McKenzie works with international developers and buyers across London, the UAE, and Asia, giving her clients a genuinely global vantage point on where value, timing, and opportunity intersect. She takes a strategic, portfolio-minded approach to acquisitions, guiding clients toward assets that build long-term real estate wealth.

McKenzie's encyclopedic knowledge of New York City buildings, architectural styles, layouts, and pricing history lets her navigate the market strategically for buyers and articulate a property's true value for sellers. With an intentional presence on social, she has built a following of more than 84,000 on Instagram.

A formerly decorated national athlete, McKenzie trained for the Olympics as a Rhythmic Gymnast and danced as a classical ballerina before entering real estate. A native New Yorker born and raised on the Upper West Side, she attended Horace Mann and Hamilton College and began selling real estate while still in high school. She is an esteemed member of the Sports and Entertainment Division at Douglas Elliman, offering a bespoke, discreet, and luxury experience to top athletes, entertainers, and executives.

Forbes named McKenzie the top New York Power Broker — the youngest broker ever to receive the honor.
