When Madeleine Auffenberg experienced just how overwhelming the New York relocation process could be, she made it her mission to learn the Manhattan real estate market to help others avoid the pitfalls of New York apartment hunting. Kyle spent 15 years working in the entertainment industry. He got his start working as a production assistant on the Martha Stewart Show and was quickly promoted to stage manager during his time there. His experience in entertainment has given him an all-access pass to the backdoors of NYC and has made him an expert on the hidden gems that few get to see. His time spent working with high-profile talent and executives has helped him develop excellent client relations skills and the ability to always find a solution in any high-stakes situation, which makes him a good listener and communicator with his real estate clients.
