Morgan Burch’s priorities could be summed up in two words: Work & Family. She spent her earliest years on a farm in the poorest county of Iowa, raised by two entrepreneurial parents who built impressive careers from nothing. Watching them transform their lives throughout her childhood and adolescence made her view the world as a place of great possibility for those who dared to work for their dreams and gave her an intimate understanding that you need to work both hard and smart to accomplish great things in this world. In spite of her farm town Iowa roots, she attended Tufts University. After graduating early, she stretched her creative wings in film & television, quickly becoming a respected location manager and associate producer for names like PBS, NBC, & Vogue Digital. Recognizing her own lack of passion for the industry, she pivoted and took up a sales position at one of the world's leading Fixed Income financial firms, Guggenheim Investments. Here, she sold some of the most esoteric investments available, working directly with Registered Investment Advisors across the country. Her sales skills quickly moved her sales team to the top of the internal rankings but her heart, which yearned to be face to face with people, was left wanting. With a strong track record of earning respect by producing results, she left her lucrative finance career to join her father in the real estate business, never looking back and ultimately creating New Jersey’s most notable real estate team, Burch & Burch. Evidence of her well-earned reputation as an adept negotiator is strewn throughout her clients’ testimonials. Morgan’s passion for deeply understanding her clients is the foundation of her unwavering fight for their best interests.
