His breadth of experience across townhouses, condos, and co-ops has attracted many of the city's thought leaders and tastemakers, from visual artists, designers, and restaurateurs, to tech founders and hedge fund managers. 

Prioritizing aesthetic discernment, hospitality, and white glove service, Nick employs a small but precise team of lawyers, photographers, bankers, designers, and more to ensure an exceptional client experience. 

Nick is a lifelong New Yorker, born and raised in SoHo. More recently, after a decade on Baxter Street at the Machinery Exchange Condominium, he has now settled in a townhouse on the historic, landmarked MacDougal-Sullivan Gardens with his wife and two daughters. When he's not in the city, he enjoys spending time at his house on Shelter Island.
