Sacha Mob

With over two decades of hands-on real estate experience, Sacha Mobarak brings an owner’s and investor’s perspective to New York City real estate. His career spans investment, development, asset management, leasing, and brokerage, and includes extensive work advising family real estate offices on acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy.

As principal of Elgin Holdings, Sacha is actively involved in the acquisition, management, and repositioning of New York City properties. His experience as an owner, investor, and advisor informs his approach to brokerage, giving clients practical insight that extends beyond the transaction itself.

Sacha holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and has lived in Brooklyn since 1997.

Outside of real estate, Sacha is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and instructor, a passionate soccer fan, and enjoys painting and drawing. He spends much of his free time with his wife and two sons exploring New York City.
