As a native New Yorker, Linda Peng knows the importance of helping her clients find the ideal home. Having lived and worked all over Manhattan and Brooklyn, she is familiar with the charms and quirks of countless neighborhoods. Her calm demeanor and genuine interest in her clients' needs puts them at ease while going through the intimidating process of renting, buying or selling. Formerly an art director, Linda's design background affords her insight on the intricacies of presenting and marketing a property to its full potential. Linda has personal experience renovating her own homes, and was previously a member of a co-op board in Park Slope, giving her a deep understanding of investments and how different buildings operate. She currently lives in a three-family house in Green-Wood Heights, Brooklyn where she is also a landlord.
