Following six years as a principal member of a top producing team at Douglas Elliman, he brings expertise in luxury properties, with experience handling listings and transactions exceeding $10M. His economics background allows him to provide valuable financial insights, helping clients make informed decisions. 

Ryan specializes primarily in downtown Manhattan, handling rentals and sales across all price points. Licensed in NYC and Monmouth County, NJ, Ryan is known for his diligence and commitment to long-term client relationships. 

A graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Ryan started his career in financial services on Wall Street before transitioning into real estate.
