Donna Olshan

Donna Olshan is the President and sole owner of Olshan Realty Inc. which she started in 1980. Olshan is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) which has over 15,000 members powering a multiple listing service called the RLS. She is also the owner of Olshan Group LLC, a member of HGAR/One Key which has 45,000 National Association of Realtor members and comprises the multiple listing service for Westchester, Long Island, Rockland, Orange and Putnam counties. She is a licensed broker in New York State and in Connecticut and has overseen billions of dollars in transactions over a 45-year career. 

Olshan is very data driven and is the author of the Olshan Luxury Report, published every Monday morning at 7:15AM. It is frequently quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Real Deal, Crain’s, Politico, Architectural Digest and various media outlets. The weekly report covers all the contracts signed in Manhattan at $4 million and above. It is considered an industry must read, and the “go to” resource for buyers, sellers, developers, banks, hedge funds, and various institutions looking for a pulse on the Manhattan luxury market. It has a global list of subscribers. 

Olshan Realty is known for its high level of service, innovative marketing techniques, relocation department and cutting-edge technology. Back in 1995, Olshan started to amass a portfolio or real estate domain names including townhouse.com. co-ops.com, and nyrealestate.com among others which she employed as a strategy to drive traffic to Olshan exclusive listings.
