Tracey Hung

For over 20 years, Tracey has successfully represented sellers and buyers throughout Manhattan. Specializing in prewar and postwar buildings as well as new developments, she has sold properties ranging from luxury lofts and park-facing penthouses to cozy downtown studios.

Tracey's domestic and international clientele includes first-time buyers, loyal repeat customers, and numerous referrals. She takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their goals, while making sure the process is smooth and pleasant.

Tracey brings diverse experience and accomplishments to New York City's real estate community. A proud New Yorker, she is originally from Hong Kong and has called many places home, including Singapore, England and China. Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, she holds a degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds, including supplemental studies at Fudan University in Shanghai. A true gourmet, she also has a Grand Diploma from the French Culinary Institute in New York and worked in some of Manhattan’s finest kitchens.

In addition to cooking and good food, her interests include the arts, travel, animal rights, and above all, enjoying quality time with her family.
