Steven Hoffman

Steve brings 41 years of real estate experience to C B Warburg as a former Director of Sales for a prominent Manhattan property management company. Steve prides himself on his ability to qualify buyers and guide them through the complex "cooperative" approval process. No stranger to the Condominium market, Steve's abilities have helped him match buyers and sellers for years. He is an expert at accurately pricing apartments for sale in this evolving market. Steve earned his Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1974. While working as a film editor a friend offered Steve a part time position selling brownstones in Manhattan. With a love of the "art" of the deal, Steve quickly knew that real estate was his passion and he became a full time real estate broker. Steve works primarily as a listing broker representing owners. Whether representing buyers or sellers, Steve works with his clients for a seamless transaction.

Steve resides on Manhattan's Upper West Side where he and his wife have raised their son and daughter. Steve enjoys long distance cycling and cooking for family and friends.
